This Privacy Policy applies to the Construction Progress Log app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by PIRSTEN TOV, collectively referred to as the “Application.” PIRSTEN TOV is referred to as the “Service Provider.”
Construction Progress Log is a field documentation and project organization utility for construction objects, building stages, timeline notes, materials, and local project settings. It is not a replacement for professional construction supervision, safety compliance, legal compliance, engineering review, or official project documentation.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. The Application does not require accounts, login, user profiles, dashboards, or authorization.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained, analyzed, sold, or used for tracking by the Service Provider.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Any project location, object address, site name, field note, material entry, or construction-stage information entered into the app is intended to remain stored locally on the user’s own device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Do third parties have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data is shared with third parties. The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade user data.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain personal data from normal use of the Application because the Application does not collect, log, or store personal information on external servers.
Construction project information entered by the user, such as object profiles, locations, project classifications, start and target completion dates, construction stages, timeline records, inspector notes, delays, material names and quantities, notes, weather conditions, next steps, filters, favorites, reminders, date formats, sorting preferences, and local settings, is intended to remain on the user’s device.
If a user voluntarily contacts the Service Provider by email or another direct communication channel, the provided contact information may be retained only as long as necessary to respond to the request and maintain reasonable business records.
Data Deletion
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes the app from the device. Locally stored app records can be managed on the user’s device using available device or application controls.
If the user voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider outside the app, the user may request deletion of that information by contacting support@pirsten.it.com.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no tracking or data collection to opt out from. Users may stop using the Application or uninstall it at any time.
